Comparing non-technical skills across offshore transport and search and rescue helicopter pilots&#8217;<\/a> the APHF team explored ways in which their research could be utilised as a pragmatic tool to aid in CRM training and assist in debriefing. To meet this objective the team decided upon designing cards, outlining the non-technical skills and their associated elements, allowing for the research project&#8217;s findings to be communicated in a simplified format.
