With recent changes to the career path for Psychology graduates who are interested in pursing a career in Clinical Psychology, we have been auditing the expectations and experience of graduates who have taken up a new early career role in NHS Grampian – Honorary Assistant Psychologist (a voluntary NHS post working in an Assistant Psychologist role for 1 day per week). Auditing the expectations and experiences of those in this role and those supervising them is important to ensure graduates receive appropriate training, supervision and learning opportunities as recommended by the British Psychological Society.

Research in this section is under development, check back later for updates!
