In collaboration with the Department of Neuropsychology, NHS Grampian, the Clinical strand of the APHF are interested in exploring physical (focused on visual changes/loss), cognitive, emotional, behavioural and social issues relevant to adults affected by acquired brain injury (e.g. traumatic brain injury and stroke), neurological disease (e.g. Multiple Sclerosis) and functional neurological symptoms.

A current focus is on better understanding the impact on the person themselves and on their family/support network.
