Biography

Anna graduated from the University of Aberdeen with a first class honours degree in Psychology in 2018.  She then went on to pursue an MRes in Psychology, conducting research examining the impact of social forgetting in the workplace, under the supervision of Dr Devin Ray.  Following her successful achievement of the MRes, Anna is now studying towards a PhD in Psychology.  Her research focuses on the impact of culture (national, professional and organisational) on non-technical skills and behaviours on the flight deck.
