Biography

Helen is Co-Founder and Director of Being Human Consulting Ltd. She completed a Masters in Patient Safety and Clinical Human Factors with Edinburgh University in 2021 and began a PhD with the University of Lincoln in November 2021. She enjoys collaborating with the University of Aberdeen to research veterinary incivility.

Helen has been a Veterinary Nurse for 24 years, gaining her RCVS Veterinary nursing certificate in 2000. She then went on to gain the Diploma in Advanced Veterinary Nursing (surgical) in 2005. She also holds a certificate in small animal nutrition and a certificate in emergency and critical care.
