Based on the findings of the study ‘Is it all about the mission? Comparing non-technical skills across offshore transport and search and rescue helicopter pilots’ the APHF team explored ways in which their research could be utilised as a pragmatic tool to aid in CRM training and assist in debriefing. To meet this objective the team decided upon designing cards, outlining the non-technical skills and their associated elements, allowing for the research project’s findings to be communicated in a simplified format.
