Approximately 1 in 4 of us will experience mental health difficulties (McManus et al., 2007). 4 in 4 of us have mental health! As there is a growing recognition of the importance of identifying mental health issues and supporting people to improve their mental health and wellbeing, we are currently developing three research strands to explore and develop these issues in some specific groups – adults with diagnosed mild to moderate anxiety and depression, university students and people attending Gender Identity Services.
