04/02/2021

The Italian Training Workshops entitled “POAM – Protection Of Abducting Mothers
in Return Proceedings: Violenza domestica e sottrazione di minori” will be held on the 4th and on the 25th of February 2021, using a webinar platform. The workshop is led by Professor Costanza Honorati.

The first workshop will be attended by experts including judges and lawyers working in the field of cross-border parental child abduction and the protection of children (and mothers). It will be an opportunity to consider the POAM project findings and the Best Practice Guide. The event will include previous participants in the 2019 local workshops. The second workshop will be open to all lawyers and judges who wish to attend, especially those with an interest in this field.

See workshop programme for further details: POAM_Milan training_PROGRAMMA.
