Project Management & Co-ordination Meeting No 1

42827

On 1st July 2019, the POAM core consortium convened their first project management and co-ordination meeting as scheduled. The meeting was held at the University of Aberdeen, with attendances either in person or by telephone. The meeting enabled productive discussions regarding the outcome of the local workshops organised by each Member State (UK, Croatia, Germany and Italy) which took place in May and June 2019. Further to this, effective planning, managing and coordination of ongoing work ensued, to include the development of the Best Practice Guide and Draft Training Materials and preparations for the Project Workshop over the coming months.
